What we implemented
We developed a guided booking configurator, a customer area, and an administrative back office around the business’s event process.
What it enables
The developed platform connects the offer, booking journey, customer records, event planning, and financial tracking within one environment.
Developed functionality; production validation is still in progress for payments, email, and selected server workflows. Conversion, time-saving, and ROI metrics have not yet been documented.
Independent pages present catering experiences, private celebrations, and the chef’s background. A seven-step configurator guides experience, package, event details, service, extras, location, and confirmation, with an estimate that updates as selections change.
Administration & event operations
The mainly Spanish-language back office includes bookings, customers, packages, rates, content, staff assignments, schedules, service orders, production, purchasing, and checklists. Financial tools cover estimates, actual expenses, payments, balances, refunds, and reports.
Customer area & communication
Customers can consult reservations in a private area. Branded transactional emails and order-linked communication support follow-up. The request process records accepted terms and typed-name signatures.
Infrastructure & launch validation
Built with PHP and MySQL for cPanel hosting and FTP deployment, with Stripe, SMTP, IMAP, role-based access, and administrative history. End-to-end payment, email, and selected server workflows remain part of production validation.
